The twisterchain new TC56 series is suitable for the following applications:

Rotary motion: possible up to 540° (with special mounting brackets)

When to use TC56 Series twisterchain new

For circular and spiral movements up to 540°

Separator 56.1, wide base for maximum holding strength and stability in e-chains® and e-tubes
Separator 56.2 for igus® snap-open crossbar 450.X. Q. One side with wide base for secure seating, opposite side is narrow for easy cable installation. Can also be used in e-tubes
Separator 56.3 with narrow bases for many thin cables next to each other. Space-saving - for e-chains® and e-tubes
e.g. for side-mounted applications Asymmetrical separator 56.4 defines the amount of clearance and spacers are therefore not required. For side-mounted applications For e-chains® and e-tubes
Notch separator 56.5 for the locking opening crossbar. With scaling to locking crossbars. Can be positioned precisely. For e-chains® and e-tubes
Full-width shelf 520.XX (inner widths 50 - 450 mm). Full-width shelf locks securely into separators at both ends, giving a fixed width. Additional separators can be moved along the shelf in either direction. They can be fitted at 3 different heights.

Tested and proven interior separation elements for special and extremely variable partitioning!

Slotted separator 408
For very fine separation. No retrofitting into an existing interior separation system without dismantling the interior separation.

Slotted separator 409 (open on one side)
Quick installation - can be retrofitted in existing separation system without dismantling (top and bottom notches cannot be used for installing intermediate shelves)

Locking separator 404
For environments with very high humidity (> 85%). Locks with extra holding strength. Recommended: one locking separator per e-chain® link.

Quick separator T563
For fast retrofitting of separation system or for installation without dismantling the interior separation.

Intermediate shelf 420.X
For horizontal separation. Shelves of various widths can be arranged in steps of 7 mm on 7 levels (not in combination with 404).

Separator 403
for separation with intermediate shelves 420.X (table on the left below) in vertical increments of 7 mm on 7 levels.

Locking separator 410
like a separator but with increased holding force in the case of applications with high humidity (> 85%).

Intermediate shelf 420.X
For horizontal separation. Shelves of various widths can be arranged in steps of 7 mm on 7 levels (not in combination with 404).

The guide trough must be fitted at the fixed end of the twisterchain.
The following fittings are approved

Through bore: 4 x Ø6,6 - 7 mm
Fastening with screws only: 4 M6 screws

Note: The twisterchain e-chain® must always end with an outer link. An outer side link should always form the first e-chain® link at the moving end. Please note when calculating!
